I know what you are thinking right now. There are so many decisions to be made and steps to take before even starting the journey to a fit life. You're thinking to yourself I just can't do it. Those "fit people" must have been blessed with great genetics. They must work out ALL the time and they must LOVE it too. I have news for you, we don't all love to work out, eat right or have great genetics. What those of us who are working on our fitness and nutrition do have in common is vision and purpose. We all have our reasons for wanting to be fit. It could be to wear our "skinny jeans" or look good for some event, but maybe it is so we don't get type 2 diabetes like a family member. Whatever the case may be we are ALL capable of living a more healthy life. Sometimes it is a matter of needing a little extra push to get going. I'm here. I WANT to help. I WANT TO ENCOURAGE YOU! My husband lost 40 pounds doing P90X! We took pictures every 30 days.
I stepped on the scale after completing my workout and realized that after 3 weeks I am down 10lbs!!! I started P90X weighing 265.3lbs. I stepped on the scale today and I am at 254.6.

Day 51 of P90x- both my wife and I have never been more fit or had this much energy in our lives. The nutrition program is flexible and easy to follow. I’ve never liked working out or exercising (always force myself tho) but Tony Horton makes it both fun and motivating. It is SERIOUS dedication- no half-assing this one people! Even with two small children we BOTH make time to get our workouts in everyday.
