What is #healthyme11 ?
Ok, so it is a new year and time to start new habits. With that being said I want to start a fun challenge for everyone. I can’t say I came up with this idea on my own. I saw my friends Brittnae and Aimee doing it so I figured I could too! Nonetheless here is my challenge for the month of January (as I will have a new challenge starting the first of each month): Drink 64 oz. of water each day. If you have twitter post a tweet with the hashtag #healthyme11 when you have completed the task EACH day! If you use tweetdeck of hootsuite you should start a column for this so we can encourage each other. If you use facebook go to my like page (http://facebook.com/CoachNichole) and post a note there with the hashtag when you have completed it. This is all in an effort to make sure we are becoming the healthiest version of ourselves we can be in 2011! I think this will be a fun way to take steps towards health and fitness EVERY day not just New Year’s Day! So, what are you waiting for? Go find your water bottle and drink up (h20 that is)!

This is a great challenge. As moms/smoms we are so busy we often forget to drink the water our body needs. This is actually one of my new goals and I’ve been tracking my water intake to make sure I hit 8 glasses a day.
Sadly, I never have to track my coffee intake. I always hit my daily requirement and more.
