Thinner Thursday’s: Motivation
This pretty much sums it up…
Are you letting the pain stop you?! I think sometimes it is so easy to let your mind defeat you. We all may feel a little pain now and again (real or imagined) when starting or in the midst of a workout routine. The important question is will you let it prevent you from reaching your goals? I'm trying hard not to let it get the best of me! The way we "talk to ourselves" is so important! I put a lot of "good food" in to my brain with personal development by people such as Jim Rohn, Brian Tracy, Jeff Olson, Darren Hardy, Zig Ziglar and so many more! This really helps me to focus on becoming a better me from the inside out. So I get to tell my self-doubting voice to shut it's mouth! How about you?! How do you talk to yourself?
