I received the BEST email today and had to pass it along. One of my friends, Mandy, recently started the Beachbody Ultimate Reset. If you have never heard of it then let me fill you in. The reset is a 21 day detox and cleanse. It isn't like normal cleanses you have maybe heard of before, but rather it focuses on really re-training yourself to eat the right kinds of foods and release toxins from your body. Let's face it who couldn't use that? I myself am looking forward to when I am able to try the Ultimate Reset myself. The only reason I haven't done it yet is because I am currently expecting baby #2 and that is a big no no. (Stay tuned to when I am able to do it though!) Anyway, back to her story! Mandy wrote me this email today and this is what she had to say—
"Things are going great. I had a few tough days in the middle of the first week, but other than that feeling great. Starting day 8 today and Ive lost 13lbs. Loving it. I cannot wait to slowly start working out. My fiance and I are going to Cuba in September for our 5 years together so these lbs off are going to be great. Thanks again!"

My husband lost 40 pounds doing P90X! We took pictures every 30 days.
I stepped on the scale after completing my workout and realized that after 3 weeks I am down 10lbs!!! I started P90X weighing 265.3lbs. I stepped on the scale today and I am at 254.6.

Day 51 of P90x- both my wife and I have never been more fit or had this much energy in our lives. The nutrition program is flexible and easy to follow. I’ve never liked working out or exercising (always force myself tho) but Tony Horton makes it both fun and motivating. It is SERIOUS dedication- no half-assing this one people!
