Sample Turbo Fire Schedule/ Workout Plan

Have you seen the infomercial about Turbo Fire on t.v lately?  Have you been wondering exactly how long it would take to get in your Turbo workouts each day?  Look no further!  I am going to "unvail" the mystery and let you in on what a week of Turbo Fire would look like. FYI the number indicates how many  minutes the work out lasts.  Oh, and just in case you have stumbled upon my page accidentally and have no clue what a hiit workout is or are asking yourself what is Turbofire here is a sneak peak in to what the workout looks like too!   

Day 1-  Fire 30 class & Stretch 10

Day 2- HIIT (High intensity interval training) 15 & stretch 10

Day 3- Rest Day

4- Fire 30 class & Stretch 10

Day 5 – Fire 55 EZ Class (EZ does NOT mean it is an easy class!)

Day 6- Fire 30 & Stretch 10

Day 7- Core 20 class & Stretch 40 class
