My husband lost 40 pounds doing P90X! We took pictures every 30 days.
I stepped on the scale after completing my workout and realized that after 3 weeks I am down 10lbs!!! I started P90X weighing 265.3lbs. I stepped on the scale today and I am at 254.6.

Day 51 of P90x- both my wife and I have never been more fit or had this much energy in our lives. The nutrition program is flexible and easy to follow.
