NEW Turbo Fire Workouts by Chalene Johnson

I can hardly contain my excitement right now!  My favorite workout of all time just released NEW WORKOUTS!  Unless you are living under a rock, or are just getting to know me, you know Turbo Fire is my soul mate workout.  I love the music, the intensity, everything!  Today Chalene Johnson released new workouts to add to the program.  These workouts are great for mixing it up a bit, but also for helping the beginners in the crowd.  She has even released new HIIT workouts without jumping!  This is perfect for those who have knee issues etc.  I can't wait to get them myself!  Here's a little explanation of the new workouts by Chalene Johnson.
