I know what you are thinking. I'd like to lose 5 or 10 pounds (maybe even 20), but I just don't have the time to work out. I work full time, I have a family – kids and a husband, I still need to sleep sometime. When am I supposed to work out? Sometime between packing lunches for the day, starting the dishwasher and folding laundry, oh and going to work if you do that too, I bet you can find at least 10 minutes when you have some down time, "you time". Wouldn't it be worth it to use those 10 minutes in a way that relieves stress, boosts your energy and even helps you to lose those pounds and inches you aren't happy about? If this sounds familiar I may have a solution for you. Check out the video below and let me know what you think. Can you handle 10 minutes? Have you ever tried this workout? Day 51 of P90x- both my wife and I have never been more fit or had this much energy in our lives. The nutrition program is flexible and easy to follow. I’ve never liked working out or exercising (always force myself tho) but Tony Horton makes it both fun and motivating. It is SERIOUS dedication- no half-assing this one people! Even with two small children we BOTH make time to get our workouts in everyday.
