I Want to Lose Weight, but I Don’t Have Time to Work Out
I know what you are thinking. I'd like to lose 5 or 10 pounds (maybe even 20), but I just don't have the time to work out. I work full time, I have a family – kids and a husband, I still need to sleep sometime. When am I supposed to work out? Sometime between packing lunches for the day, starting the dishwasher and folding laundry, oh and going to work if you do that too, I bet you can find at least 10 minutes when you have some down time, "you time".
