Have you ever felt like you hate working out?  Have you ever thought that fitness just can’t be for you?  Maybe you had to pack away your skinny jeans and secretly thought you’d never fit in to them again.  I was there too and now I have found workouts that I love and my skinny jeans again!  For me it is running and Turbo Fire that keeps the calories burning!  I ran my first half marathon (Sept. 2010) and can’t wait to do many more!  My ultimate goal is to run a half marathon in under 2 hours.  My other “soul mate” workout is Turbo Fire.  I love the music, the intensity and the feel of the entire workout.  What kind of workouts do you enjoy?  I’d love to help you find YOUR soul mate workout!  For some ideas to get you started watch the video,check out the pictures below, or send me a message!
