February #healthyme11
Ok, so January is already behind us and I’m seeing swim suits at Target! That means it is time to stay focused and KEEP moving! Last month my #healthyme11 challenge was to up our water intake. This moth let’s keep that going, but add on another challenge! In February I challenge you to do 15 minutes of exercise per day. This can be walking, jogging, exercise videos etc. Whatever you want to do to KEEP MOVING for 15 minutes! Share this with your friends, family or whoever and let’s all be healthy in 2011!
