I was searching for Italian recipes the other night since I am a bit of an Italian food addict. (I think I was Italian in a previous life.) On my search I ran across this recipe and can't wait to try it! It looks amazing. As a matter of fact, I might just go make it for dinner tonight! Check out the video and ingredients below. 2 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic, crushed
hot red pepper flakes, to taste
6 boneless skinless chicken breasts (I used 5, but they were huge!)
2 cups marinara sauce (Barilla sauce was used in the recipe)
1/4 cup chopped basil
8 oz mozzarella, shredded
4 oz Parmesan, grated
1 (5-oz) package garlic croutons
My husband lost 40 pounds doing P90X! We took pictures every 30 days.
I stepped on the scale after completing my workout and realized that after 3 weeks I am down 10lbs!!! I started P90X weighing 265.3lbs. I stepped on the scale today and I am at 254.6.

Day 51 of P90x- both my wife and I have never been more fit or had this much energy in our lives. The nutrition program is flexible and easy to follow. I’ve never liked working out or exercising (always force myself tho) but Tony Horton makes it both fun and motivating. It is SERIOUS dedication- no half-assing this one people! Even with two small children we BOTH make time to get our workouts in everyday.
