Do You Control How You Feel or Do Your Circumstances?
I have always been a glass half full kind of gal. I am one to look on the bright side and find some sunshine when things get tough. I think it is my ability to control my thoughts which enables me to put the negativity behind me and keep pushing forward. I believe this same power is true when it comes to our circumstances involving fitness, nutrition and weight loss. So, keeping that in mind I created this video in an effort to take charge of my thoughts regarding my body and the weight loss I am aiming for. It goes much deeper than that though and focuses on healthy eating and fitness routines. I challenge you to take a peak and let me know your thoughts. Great idea and video! I find also that reminding myself of how far I have come is helpful to keep myself motivated. It helps me not want to resort on pigging out or skipping a workout when I think of all the baby weight I have lost in the last year and how strong I have become thanks to regular workouts.
