Chalene Johnson’s 30 Day Challenge

Do you have goals you’d like to accomplish, but really have NO IDEA where to start?  I’ve been there too.  Trust me.  The only difference between the “old me” and who I am now is I have a plan and a drive to see my dreams realized.  A lot of this is thanks to someone I consider to be my mentor, someone I admire greatly, Chalene Johnson.  Chalene is not only a fitness professional, but she is an incredible motivational speaker and so entertaining too.  I have her motivational series Car Smart and seriously listen and re-listen to the mp3′s weekly.  She has helped me to get more organized, more focused and just have a more positive outlook on things (although that part has never really been too hard for me).  If you’ve ever wanted to push yourself and had goals but didn’t know what to do from there I STRONGLY recommend you do Chalene Johnson’s 30 day push challenge!  It will give you the steps you need to get heading forward!  The registration for the next session (which did I mention is FREE?) ends on February 28th.  I want to encourage you to at the very least CHECK IT OUT!  See if it is for you.  Then, if you decide to sign up let me know!  I am going to be doing the challenge again.  We can PUSH each other!  Nothing keeps me moving like accountability.  How about you?  So what do ya say?  Click the link and take a look! http://www.chalenejohnson.com/blog/cj/nicholesieck
